As the former VP of Enablement and Support for a global SAP solution provider, I expanded operations across nine countries, catering to over 800 partners and over 8,000 customers from 100 countries. I spearheaded the successful planning and execution of an e-learning program and certification initiative, demonstrating my dedication to continuous partner improvement.

In the face of adversity, I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get to work. I’ve implemented new systems like Zendesk, established an online help community, and created sales enablement tools and content during resource crunches. Over the years, I’ve mastered the art of using data and analytics to convince stakeholders of the long-term value of investing in sales enablement tools for partners.
